How We Explain It (LUXO Style)

Click system install, trims, and underlay. Most Aussie families pay around $3k for a 100m² install — no smoke and mirrors.

Glue-down timber is labour-intensive, but feels   rock-solid underfoot — like the old classics.

Ripping up old carpet and carting it off — quick, easy,   and usually at the lower end of costs.

Tiles are stubborn (especially in older Queenslanders). Removal and disposal usually run $40–$60 per m² depending on adhesive and access.

Got an uneven floor? Levelling sorts it out so your new floor sits flush and lasts longer. Price depends on how wavy the slab is — the more uneven, the more it adds.

Each step is custom-cut and nosed — it’s fiddly work,   but makes stairs safe and beautiful.

If the crew has to wrangle your fridge or lounge, that   adds about $150–$300.
